1.1	By placing an order with CV Writing Service (CVWS), you, the Client agree to accept our Terms and Conditions.
1.2	We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions at any time and without notice, and your continued use of our services following any change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check the Terms & Conditions of Use regularly for changes. If you do not agree with any change to the Terms & Conditions of Use you must immediately stop using our services.
1.3	Furthermore, your access to and use of this and other web sites owned by us (the/our "web sites") are subject exclusively and strictly to our Terms and Conditions.
1.4	No contract subsists until we accept your order. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods/services at any time. All prices are subject to change at any time prior to a contract being entered into and are subject to change without notice. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for refusing to accept your order, withdrawing any goods/services or changing any prices.
1.5	We retain the right to revoke your right to continued use of our services at our discretion.
1.6	These Terms & Conditions of Use shall be governed by the laws of England and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
1.7	Your statutory rights are not affected by any of our terms, conditions or policies.

2. Service Level

2.1	All orders are processed within 24 hours. It is company policy that at least 75% of orders are completed within 12 hours and that no order is outstanding, as regards first draft, in excess of 24 hours, barring our inability to contact you if necessary. Time is calculated as set out below and base time is taken as the time your original documentation and payment is received by us in its entirety.
2.2	Working Hours Orders received before 12pm GMT/BST, CV should be ready by 5pm GMT/BST the following day. Orders received after 12pm GMT/BST but before 5pm GMT/BST, CV should be ready by 1pm GMT/BST next working day (Monday to Friday), not including weekends and Bank Holidays.
2.3	We cannot be held liable for any further losses incurred as a result of failure to meet these timescales.

3. Security

3.1

We guarantee never to spam you or sell your email address to any other person or organisation. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with CVWS. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our web sites that we back every purchase with a security guarantee: if your bank or card issuer holds you liable and will give you a full refund, provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server.

4. Delivery

4.1	All CVs are delivered by email in Microsoft Word and in the unlikely event of you not being able to open the CV attachment or connect to your email service provider or your internet service, we cannot be held responsible for the delay in the delivery of your CV.
